In keeping with best practice and registration/inspection standards, we have the following in post:

• Project leader (social pedagogue)

• 1 x psychologist 

• 1 x social worker (part-time)

• 1 x social care, activities, art therapist 

• 1 x specialist gardener 

• 1 x Romanian accountant/finances

In addition to the employed staff members, Harom Galamb has a partnership agreement with the local Youth Association from Transylvania, which provides us with 2-4 international volunteers through the European Solidarity Corps program, who contribute greatly to the enhancement of the quality and quantity of support that we are able to provide to our young adults. In addition to the day-to-day work with beneficiaries, they help us with our special events.
